Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current month. If you ever pay annually, you keep access through the period you paid for.
What's the difference between a 'room' and a 'student'?
On the tutor side, you pay by tutoring rooms. A room is one persistent space shared between you and one student. If you tutor five students, you'll want five rooms. Each room has its own URL that stays the same forever.
What counts as an 'educator' on an organization plan?
An educator is anyone running tutoring sessions under your organization — whether you call them a tutor, instructor, or coach internally. Each educator gets their own dashboard and rooms; you see all of their sessions roll up in your org dashboard.
