Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current month. If you ever pay annually, you keep access through the period you paid for.
What's the difference between a 'room' and a 'student'?
On the tutor side, you pay by tutoring rooms. A room is one persistent space shared between you and one student. If you tutor five students, you'll want five rooms. Each room has its own URL that stays the same forever.
Is there a free trial for paid features?
Yes — every new tutor account gets a 7-day trial of Tutor Pro (AI notes, recordings, everything) with no card required. If you don't subscribe before it ends, you drop to the Free plan and any recordings are deleted after a warning.
